Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy
Overview
All items offered on fishartgifts.com are printed on demand, which means once your order is received it triggers a process that can only be cancelled and refunded within the first 24 hours or less. Once your product is officially within the printing pipeline, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible. Therefore, please be sure to request an order cancellation as immediately after placing your order as possible by emailing us at support@fishartgifts.com.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide either a refund or exchange the item for the same thing at no cost to you as quickly as possible, based upon your preference. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at support@fishartgifts.com and attach a short video showing the damage or product defect along with a verbal or written description so we can process your request without delay.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If you request a refund or exchange after 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to honor your request. Please contact us promptly once you discover the issue with your order by sending an email to support@fishartgifts.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested.
Refunds
Once your request has been received, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@fishartgifts.com and attach a short video showing the damage or product defect along with a verbal or written description so we can process your request without delay.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not eligible for refund.
